We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must notify us within 3 days (72 hours) from the exact date and time the shipment is delivered to your address.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if we accidentally shipped the incorrect item:

  • We will arrange a replacement or complete refund at no extra cost to you.

  • All reverse shipping charges in these specific cases will be fully borne by us.

3. Conditions and Refusals

  • Quality Check: Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after our team receives and inspects the physical product at our warehouse.

  • Invoice Required: The returned item must include its original packaging and a copy of the original invoice.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the delivered goods are perfectly aligned with your original order, undamaged, or if the return request is found to be based on false grounds.

4. Order Cancellations & Deductions

  • Before Shipment: If you cancel your order after payment has been processed but before it ships, a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • After Shipment: If you cancel an order that has already been dispatched, both forward and reverse shipping charges, along with the 3% payment processing fee, will be deducted from your total refund amount.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and passes our physical quality inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original mode of payment within 7 working days.
